Guv's Shielded Polemen unit

Hello, long time no see! Yes I am not dead.

Ever wondered why they have shields and polearms with the models and even on official artwork and not in this game? Well, I wonder that too. No need to wonder anymore though!

I present to you, Men-at-Arms (Shields & Polearm)!

My goal here is to make a viable unit for vanilla Warhammer as best as I can. This is purely a requested unit but indeed vanilla balanced to fit within the vanilla base game. I'd say this is 100% balanced (wow, propably the first unit to be this balanced).


Pro's and Con's:

Pros

+ Shields!
+ Polearms like.. Polemen.

Cons

- a little more expensive on recruitment (650) and upkeep (158)
- requires smithy_lvl1
