描述
A basic third nipple mod to get everyone started on their third nipple mutation mods (until* of course the devs make the true third nipple mutation).

This mutation costs 6 mutation points and gives a whopping +5 ego, appropriate for such a wonderful mutation.

* this may or may not happen.

Yeah, this mod is definitely broken in an interesting way, dunno exactly when this happened. It seems to add +5 ego PER LEVEL, which is even more interesting on a legendary merchant... on the plus side, never gonna have to worry about running out of ego for brain brine!

this has somehow given me upwards of 60 ego at level 1. I leveled up to two and put a point into two heads and it raised my ego to 66.
phenomenal mod.

This should be 'Extra Nipple', and each level you get in it adds another nipple.

I require my eyes to be replaced with NIPPLES. I REQUIRE FOREHEAD NIPPLES. I AM THE NIPPLE, AND ALL THAT ENCOMPASSES MY BEING IS NIPPLE.

Suggestion: The Ego bonus should only be active while not wearing anything in my body slot. What good is a third nipple if I'm not showing it off?
