描述

CURRENT STATUS: SURPLUS
This feature is now build into the main game.

Removes the grain effect overlay for overall cleaner and nicer graphics.

This change can be made by hand too, but wont survive a file-validation or a reinstallation (because the setting is not to be made in config.cfg).
Keeping this item subscribed will make it permanent.

I have a condition called Visual Snow where this "effect" is always over my vision so I prefer to disable it in games. Thanks for the mod!
