I improved services like education and now it can be plopped and growed.
The thing is I thought a level 5 growable buidling meant the building has 5 levels of developments.
It will anyway not "spawn" as a Level 5 house. First it will built the Level 1 house, if the services are good it will upgrade to level 2 and so on.
When u set the building with "Plop the building", did you zone the ground first. This is to do first before Plop it.

I zoned a lot of 2*2 low residentials and waited but this house is not being built.
In the asset manager it is selected as if it should work.
When I use FindIt and plop this building it stands for some seconds but then vanishes into thin air.
No errors whatsoever.
Can you help me out here, why isn't it built and why can't it be plopped through FindIt?

the first beta version had made errors but after the fix all worked fine:)
Other building are included in RICO:) and I can include growable Buildings into RICO without problems;)
I don't think that the RICO is the Problem.
The problem is probably that i cannot activate this assets in the contant manager. Other objects can be activate on/ off but your assets not:(
And I don't know why...
