About reflection - yeah, the same "cityview". I mean window color - it seem to be more grey than blue) Due to vertical lines which makes grey/white color more "active".

@SonOfNitrous The building has a very reflective surface. On clear sunny days its more blue on days with fog its more grey. In cities skylines there is only one reflection texture its always the same even at night.
