ALL I SEE IS BLOOD AND GUNPOWDER FLOWING THROUGH AIR.

Oscar Mendoza is a half-blind Hawaii vet, who among many of his peers has joined the ultra-nationalist organization of 50 Blessings. He's been cleverly assigned a mole mask, because moles are blind, so it's fitting and hilarious.

Very bad workshop submission
Full of unfunny degenerate dialogue likely written by teenagers
Disgusting jokes, out of character behaviour, poor understanding and interpretation of Hotline Miami lore
It is sad that it's allowed to make mods like this
There should be some level of moderation to ensure custom content has a certain level of authenticity and respect
I am giving you a strong dislike.
