Ok, I think I found something. I could modify some things. So the people get faster Cultists and devout or what dat mean... Idk if the event gets fired after they get faster converted. Can't do more. Already said Modders are really limited in Rebuild 3.

Kill the bookclub group (the dahlias) by repeatedly converting them to the church of the chosen ones repeatedly till they commit mass suicide. the two options it presents allow you to 1.take over all their terretory, 2. open the gates making all the space they owned empty to all zed
