Speedy TransCity Ferry Boat



A speedy small boat, the Catamaran is capable of slicing through the water with your passengers. It has been tested to work fully with Mass Transit and will not get stuck on the ferry piers like it did on the harbor.

All ferries that I updated are illuminated and support line coloring.

Model Information

429 Tris
1024 x 1024 Texture
CAPACITY: 50 passengers

Original model by Swiss[CH] Illumination map changed by me to feature nighttime illumination. Reoriented Ferry Lights to place them on top of masts or the roof.

All stats are the same as the default ferry ship.

Hm strange. Because as said, the vanilla boats don't do that (anymore, maybe since MT?).
Anyway for now I can live with that.

You didn't miss a setting. That's ironically default game behavior. Vehicles can overlap at a stop, including cruise ships as well

Adds a nice touch to my city (especially after pimping the max speed a bit)! ;-)
One remark though, it looks like that several catamarans can occupy the same spot at one ferry stop at the same time while the vanilla ferries wait until the ferry stop is free again...
Can that be fixed somehow? Did I miss a setting maybe?
