Shaggy Rogers Playermodel

This is a playermodel ported from L4D2,so there's a few bugs. Mainly,he doesn't hold the Pistol,Shotgun,AR2,or SMG properly. He does have a ragdoll model,and he has c_arms. Lord_Dracul_La_Magra requested I do this. He holds custom weapons fine though.
The others will come out tomorrow.
