Hey WTR I love all your work, can I petition you to make some Star Wars content? An Obi-Wan kenobi perhaps? The dialogue lines are easily available in the movies and I think it would be very popular! (Also a Mace Windu!)

Rico is voiced by the candyman Vas Balls Cleavage. He was born in Mississippi. Curently resides in Russia with a dog and pet parrot.

Kevin Collins voiced Rico in JC3. You weren't kidding about nobody writing down his voice actor in JC2 though, I've searched all over and found nothing.

Yeah I was planning on doing Just Cause 3 as well but it depends on if the audio is accessible. Not sure if the voice is Robin's though since he isn't credited as doing the voice on imdb, just the original.
