BTW the Varangian Guard consited mostly from warriors out of northern europe so it makes sense that you can't send anyone to it when playing the Byzantine Empire.
Just so you know, the mods I disabled to get this result were:
Midgame Religious Cult Remover. It was really never meant to be kept, just boot up the game with it enabled, progress time one day, save, quit, uninstall the mod.
Seduce Your Wife. Doing so by way of the Seducer Focus. Some features for some Great Works enables you to do so through the Private Conversation decision, making this mod pointless.
Send To The Varangian Guard. Because it seems to not work. The decision to send characters to the Varangian Guard when playing the Byzantine Empire isn't there.
Also sometimes when I click in the game window while it boots up i get this message too but just waiting 5sec and it continues normally.
Your mod needs to be updated. It makes the game completely unplayable for me because I get hit with a "Not Responding" INSTANTLY upon starting the damn game! This is TWICE TODAY that I tried to get a mod to improve gameplay and this happens, and it's REALLY starting to piss me off now!
