M3 Grease Gun With Fixed Dust Cover

Simple and easy fix, just that it would almost definitely break in the next update to 1P animations.

So I watched some videos and realised that the dust cover shouldn't be flapping around like a limp ♥♥♥♥ so I just assigned the dust cover vertices to the "weapon" group and deleted the "dust cover" group.

So as such the dust cover won't rattle in any animations, but on a side note, the ready animation won't show the dust cover popping open. Then again, you don't need it that way.
