(L4D:AC) Location Test T-Shirt - Ellis

Replaces Ellis' default t-shirt with one made for the "L4D:AC Location Test Event", which tested out the functions of the Japanese arcade before its nationwide distribution. If an attendee took his NESICA card with him and registered it in the arcade machine, data and prizes that would be available once the game was up and running, were saved in it. The bundle included the following:
- Location Test T-Shirt: a cosmetic skin.
- Title: to be added to the NESICA profile.
- Golden Frying Pan: an improved version that worked better than an axe.
- Golden Magnum: an exclusive recolour without any gameplay changes.
- Pink Magnum (x10): exclusive to this event. A player could only have 10, unlike other weapons, which reach their max amount at 99.
