描述

This research station has seen better days. With terraforming finally paying off in the appearance of surface water, its time to turn this dump around. That's where you come in.

Challenging

This scenario is designed to be challenging. Limited cash reserves, a tight timeframe, and an initial deficit will require some careful city management.

Tested

This scenario has been tested by a group of people, and the victory and defeat conditions carefully tuned.

No DLC Required

This scenario doesn't require any DLC, mods, or assets.

How to Win:

Have a population over 15,000
Build a University

How to Lose:

Take longer than 180 game weeks
Take out a loan
Have no money

Need Some Help?

To improve your cash flow try looking for services you can reduce or stop, for example the solar power plant. If your residents start getting sick, check that their water isn't contaminated

@Ash Makes sense. I took out a loan at the beginning, so I didn't exactly lose a lot of progress or anything.

Yeah, the wording around the loans isn't great, but it can't be altered. How you set win and lose conditions isn't very flexible.
It says 'more than 1 amount in loans', so if you're playing in dollars it can be taken to mean 'more than $1 in loans'. i.e. you lost if you take out a loan.
I've added the win and lose conditions to the description above, where I can use clearer language.

@ryan: Same. Losing condition "More than 1 in loans" implies I can take out at least one loan. >:(
Fun otherwise, once you get past the initial deficit issue.

as per the rules, you can only take out one loan. I took out my first loan and immediately lost the scenario....

i love crator maps i created a map once that was supose to be an oasiss then I played it in the snowy winter map theme and im like ok this works better as a crator :p
