Bayer Star Name Expansion

描述
Old Version:
- Generated a list of Bayer designations using all possible combinations of the Greek alphabet and constellations.
- Removed systems from the list already in the game, like Alpha Centauri.

New Version:
- Commented out (removed) everything in the list which isn't a genuine Bayer object.
- Named stars are given their proper name. This means preferably names adopted by the IAU, and some 'traditional' names which might as well be official.
- Commented out everything in the list with a proper name already in the game. It's designed to supplement the vanilla random names file instead of overwriting it. That said, mods that do overwrite it (like real space) should also work.

The quantity went down, but the quality went up. I'm not sure of the exact number added, at least 1000. It's more for spicing up your regular galaxies than numbers for the sake of huge modded galaxies. Another issue with that is, I don't have any black holes, because none of them have any real names as far as I know. I'll let the text file speak for itself.

2017-09-21: Version update for 1.8. Includes as a small bonus 80 real nebulae.
2017-09-22: Removed some nebulae for being too earth-centric like the North America and California. Other nebulae like Crab, Horsehead, Owl, etc only seem that way until you realize the aliens in the game are all horses birds and bugs.
2017-09-26: Did real testing for achievements instead of assuming they work because the checksum doesn't change and the game says they do. and of course, they don't work. Pretty lame considering the mod is just names and doesn't touch any files.
