* 4 Trees Required: Local Gulf Coast native trees by MrMaison

* Mass Transit Required: specialized highway network made from MT highways, insane maze of rivers and wetlands ideal for ferries!!

*No Map Theme assigned: You get to pick!! Tropical map, most pictures show Seenu. There are plenty of great tropical map themes out there now!

* Required Mod: No Radioactive Trees mod by BloodyPenguin. I normally never require a mod like this, but in this case you will have an awful time without it. This excellent, trusty mod prevents your trees on the waterfront from looking dead (both decorative trees and trees in your growables will look dead without this mod). Given that this map has an insane amount of waterfront on very flat land, which results in a lot of dead areas, you'll need it. Ugh I'm sorry! Back then (2017 when this was made) for special highways it was either a mod that I and users had already had problems with, or the new Mass Transit, so I picked MT. :winter2019sadsnowman:
Now, some special highways are included in the base game, of course

Definitely not something you should hate to ask me :) I didn't make a non dlc version of this one, but I often do. I'm not sure I will have time to do so. I've got a lot of things on my plate.
