* 4 Custom Trees: Local Tampa Bay natives by MrMaison

*No Map Theme assigned: You get to pick!! Tropical map, most pictures show Polynesia 2.0, but there are plenty of great tropical map themes out there like Seenu, Just Tropical, New Caledonia, and more!

* Recommended Mod: No Radioactive Trees mod by BloodyPenguin, which prevents your trees on the waterfront from looking dead. Makes the mangroves and swamp trees in this map look correct and like real life. Find it here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=666425898

Real life map, even the small hills of Palm Harbor around Innisbrook are there!

Can't wait to get Clearwater. My first job in Florida was there, but I was living in Tampa at the time. What a drive!

Because it's Tarpon Springs :D :D Actually, Clearwater is all set up with a heightmap and water. It doesn't have any roads yet. It's got Clearwater from 19 westward, Clearwater Beach and Caladesi and Honeymoon Islands.... it's gonna be a really nice map to play on because beaches!
