Leugi's Colombia Civilization

Civilization Concept:
Simon Boli­var leads Colombia in Sid Meier's Civilization 6. Colombia has always been one of the most influencial countries in the South, specially because of its importance during the war of the Independence when it encompassed Venezuela, Ecuador and Panama in the Gran Colombia; and Boli­var is clearly the most important Libertador of them all. Ingame, Bolivar has under his command the unique Libertadores, each with their unique abilities, allowing him to develop his nation with the aid of them or defeat powerful enemies. Colombia is remembered for its strong economy particularly linked to the coffee area of Medellin and Antioqui­a, where the Paisas helped form much of the growth Colombia had over its years. Ingame this makes Colombia a powerful diplomatic civilization, with capacities towards conquest thanks to Bolivar.

Main Strengths: Diplomacy and Conquest.

Abilities and Features:
UA: Cucuta Congress: Receives an additional Diplomatic Slot in any Government and +1 Culture from Envoys sent to City-States.
UU: Voltigero: Colombian Unique Unit unlocked with the discovery of Rifling, starts with Level 2 and receives a Combat Bonus when fighting in the owner's home continent. When Voltigeros conquer a city or is next to a city being conquered they grant a free Envoy.
UD: Paisa Town: Colombian replacement for the Commercial Hub. Cannot be built adjacent to a City Center, generating more Gold when built adjacent to Plantations or two Rainforest tiles. Paisa Towns grant a copy of Coffee resource when built next to any Plantation. They also allow you to produce "La Mulada" Project, which grants Influence Points and Culture each turn.

Leader: Simon Bolivar:
LUA: Independence of a Continent: Gain access to the Libertador Great Person. Receive Libertador Points from defeating Enemy Units and each turn from City-States you are the Suzerain of. The amount is doubled during Liberation Wars.
LUGP: Libertador: Unique Great Person that can be attained by playing as Simon Bolivar. Each Libertador has a unique Patriotic Action effect, and a Passive Effect for nearby units, that gives them +1 Move and allows them to Move after attacking.
Agenda: Patria Grande: Will not hesitate to declare Liberation and Protectorate Wars. Likes civilizations from his home continent and civilizations that declare Liberation Wars. Dislikes civilizations that attack his home continent and civilizations that declare Colonial Wars.

Notes:
The mod is compatible with YnaMP and JFD's RwF.
Currently it uses Spains's music, because we still haven't figured out how to use custom music for a new civilization. When that changes this will be updated.
The mod replaces the Simon Bolivar Great Person with Garibaldi.
Also, the leader is not animated.

This mod adds an additional Great Person class. If you want other players to get the Libertador through Patronage or through allying Bolivar you can check the Leu_Settings.sql file included in the modfiles.
