This basement add a new mod into the item!

~POLICE TASER~

- Tears have now a possibility to transform into "Electro Tears" that have the ability to "taser" any enemy they come in contact with. Electrolyzed enemies can't move and periodically shoot out Tech Lasers that taser other enemies too.
-The enemy effect lasts for a fraction of a second but is very effective on many enemies.

alright another issue i just found, if fires are close together, it can chain onto itself and make fires vibrate like crazy, and once its done, the fires can't be put out anymore

and by that, i mean that it plays the walking animation and then when it gets to the last frame, isaac just slides along as long as you move in that direction

I feel like it shouldn't damage surrounding enemies. That effect alone makes it very easy to take out an entire hoard of Gapers. If it just stunned the foe and dealt damage for a short time, that'd make it a bit more balanced.
