[VR] Manual shotgun reloading

This mod changes functionality of single shotgun in VR version of Fusion. Works only in singleplayer!
(Please don't go into flat game with this mod enabled, because it will just make your single shotgun useless)

Now you cannot dual-weild shotgun. Instead, you can hold it with two hands (like sniper rifle in TSE and TLH).
You also need to manually reload it after every shot! As a side effect of the implementation of this feature, shotgun now has infinite ammo (separate from double shotgun ammo).
Because with this mod you can only weild one shotgun and fire from it slower, I doubled its damage to make it relevant.
(also because one-shotting Kleers with such reloading feels so badass)
Also changed sounds to BFE shotgun because of technical reasons.

Known issues: when held with left hand as main, shotgun forend isn't shown. The shotgun functions, just the forend is invisible.
Use right hand as main, and just switch controllers if you're left-handed.
