To find this player home you first need to climb the 10,000 steps to high hrothgar on the way you will find the remains of the person you seek to enter

this player home has:
a chill feeling
a cooking pot
a enchanters table
a alchemy table
full smithing set
a bed
a shrine
and a merchent with 85000 gold

warning this does require dawnguard

nice snow elf home mod but you may wish to edit the house lore a bit and add that the mage was a snow elf in the description to add to the lore this would make sense.
