That's because the M45 has a HIGHER calibre round, dude. The Makarov round is smaller than the M45 one

Could be good, but unfortunately less loud compared to the HQ m45 sound. It's so feeble that I find the original sound more intimidating, tbh. That's too bad, since it's not a bad sound.
