Oxygen plasma thruster and Large Oxygen tanks

before the intro to the mod is done give a thanks to SEModder for helping out with the code.

these thrusters have been made possible through intense research and designing.

and as title say's the fuel used to power these bad boys are Oxygen. stats are as followed
