Realistic weapon damages

I've tried to make some of the basic weapons more realistic, by either making them stronger or faster, I think I've come pretty close to their real world counterparts. Also upped the player speed a bit, cause I would run that fast.

The devastators shoot speed was increased to it's real life counterpart, as you can see in the video.
