描述
Adds an entirely new tear effect to the game - Bouncy tears!

Hydrophobic tears are different to rubber cement in that instead of flying and bouncing off walls, they are very heavy and bounce off of the floor! The tears will bounce multiple times before finally losing all their mass and disappearing, each bounce doing progressively less damage.

Amazing synergies with all tear-based items and customized synergies with those that overwrite it! Some of these you have to check out!

i know this was added to the game as flat stone but someone should make a restored version of this original item bc some of these synergies are sick and were lost in translation :(

hydrophobicity is kind of a mouthful, maybe you should change it to something like "skipping stone!"

The year is 20XX, people are still not realizing that this mod is no longer maintained due to having been added to Afterbirth+ under the name "Flat Stone".

yes, the "flat stone" item in the game is based on this mod.
