Yes it's from Doom II Map 32 Secret Level 2, where you fight a Cyberdemon at the end with 4 times a Commander Keen to open the lever to exist the map. There are no enemies in this map and there are 2 secrets.

Based on the ceiling tile, I'd lean towards DOOM II: Map 32 (secret level 2.)
But cool map regardless!
