I decided to convert select houses into level 5 and give them a tropical makeover.

These are level 5 tropical homes that resemble what you might see in upscale parts of town in the Southeast of the US.

Ahhh. Well AFAIK it will be okay to have a tree missing from an asset. Props are for sure no problem, and I've been okay with some trees missing from assets from the Workshop. Loading Screen Mod will complain, but it doesn#t affect the functioning. Give it a try? :)

great house! shame that the coconut trees are too stronk for my game (high tris count)
