People's Champ for A Game of Thrones

This is a mod for a Legendary Warrior, as it sits, it should add the Sword Legend trait to certain historic characters. Should also have a random event for master warriors(and lesser warriors if they are duelists and ambitious) to become Sword Legends. Trait doubles the affect of Master Warrior.

If you use Giant Change and Personal Armor, you need this for them to affect duels.
