Sort of, at least he can Heal, which is questionable at the least.
He uses a Worn-Down Gun that blasts a combination of Blood and Light, resembling a Beam.
Oh, That head? It is one of Radican's (An Engineer) Robots. Ludwig broke it.
To show his "Sadness" for the machine, He attached the head onto his Gun.
He named it Chimuhira, Nice name, isnt it? No?
Radican is not sure how to feel about this, As of now.
Anyways, Back to Me. or...Back to past me? ...Back to Ludwig.
He once had a friend that he ws operating on, his name was Butch (Basically a Sniper)
Dr Ludwig...well, He "Accidently" Decapitated him.
Radican had to make a Robo-Head for him, Aaaand he Killed Ludwig. He was one helluva Sniper.
