DarkRP Vehicle Car Alarm

Must be using the Original DarkRP Lock Pick. When someon tries to lockpick a vehicle a 30 Second alarm will sound off. It was also pop up in chat stating that The Car Alarm has been Activated. There is NO editing Requried. Just add it to your Server & make sure both Server & Clients have this. And thats it.

This must be used on Both Client & Server Side in order to work properly.

I made a few changes. I took out the Entities in this addon. I changed the alarm from a 6 Second to 30 Second Alarm. I also changed all the text to English.
