Follow me car prop

Another airport related prop which was missing in workshop, follow me car guides pilots who are unfamiliar with airport through complex taxiways and ramps to the gates / parking areas and it can also be used for safety and other reasons.

@Tomcat Could you make a vehicle version of this? Maybe like a version that acts as a bus so that we can assign a route to it in the airport so it can just drive around the airport
