This is a low residential UK terraced house pack based on a common UK terrace style found in many inner city, working class areas.

The model is based on my previously realised terraced houses has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

This is a level 1 pack designed to be used with my
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 2 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 3 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 4 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 5 Pack’.

The plot depth is 1x3 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 8 units leaving 6 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. If you make it 9 units a central path works well.

1. UK Terrace #1 Fence (Dark Brown) v2
2. UK Terrace #1 Fence (Green) v4
3. UK Terrace #1 Fence (Light Brown) v5
4. UK Terrace #1 Fence (Red) v1
5. UK Terrace #1 Hedge v2
6. UK Terrace #1 Hedge v5
7. UK Terrace #1 Corner v1
8. UK Terrace #1 Corner v2

Geometry
Model: 539 tris (Hedge), 521 tris (Fence), 1905 tris (Corner)
LOD: 54 tris (Single), 193 (Corner)
Model texture: 1024 x 1024
LOD texture: 128 x 128

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

Seems to be bugged, the level 1 homes no longer grow naturally, they can only be placed using RICO now...

Hi, when i add all 5 of the packs they all show in the assets tab , but when you make a style it says there all missing apart from the corner buildings. Any chance you could help me please understand why it is saying this. Thanks

Had to find Rik400's retail assets..Terraced worked this time but i have to fine tune it so semi detached don't build where i don't want them.Btw...love the assets great work.
