Tank Wagon Repaint #4 - Chemical Set

描述
Introduction

The fourth installment of the tank wagon repaint project contains 3
wagons: VTG, Eva and BASF. Call it a chemistry set. The repaints are
addon, and don't replace any of the other repaints or vanilla textures.
Although other repaints had a different aging process, with these I've
chosen to maintain the vanilla ones because it better suits these skins
and theme.

The repaints are not meant to resemble the real deal in exact detail,
