Theres a few sites you can download the source for CSS and HL2 Ep 1 and 2, but a lot of them are riddled with malware, I found one site thats free of malware that does have all three and TF2 source, and I downloaded CS:S from it (not the game, but the source files), but I'd need to find the website again.
