Nothing special really I thought it would be fun to start making some assets again. This asset isn't based on any IRL buildings but rather it's inspired by the art deco style & a hint of Brutalism. Thanks for subscribing.

I recommend MoveIt! Mod for placing the road through the building. And also Network Skins to remove/replace street lights & pillars.

*** Screenshots taken with Daylight Claasic Mod, Custom LUT, & MapTheme. Colors may differ but I made sure to make it look decent with vanilla settings.

Nice asset, thanks for sharing it with us! I'm really into this buildings with elevated roads going through them! It would be awesome to see more of those for those like me who like to build futuristic cities. Keep up with the good work!

You should try to recreate the "Johan Cruif Arena" in Amsterdam. It has a highway running under the soccerfield and has a parking in it also. This asset that you made will give some help.

You don't sound lazy trust me, I saw how many hours it takes to do this haha. AT&T would be perfect! There are plenty of good substitutes for Equitable at the moment so no need to do that. Thanks so much and i'll show some screeshots of my Atlanta build when I get home on Sunday!

I don't wanna sound lazy but both Suntrust plaza & marriott marquis looks a little too advance given my inexperience with 3dmodelling. I'm not from the US but I did some googling of Atlanta and found that the AT&T and Equitable building looks like something I could handle.
