Usefull Missiles

描述
Compatible with 1.6.*

It is a simple mode.
This mode increases the speed, durability and destructive power of the missiles / torpedoes.


Changes

Missiles
- Increased max damage
- The missile has 100% accuracy
- Tracking rate increased 10%
- Hull Points - Now the missile has more durability.
- Evasion rate increased 10%
- Speed of 15. But Swarmer missiles are speed of 10.

Torpedoes
- Increased max damage
- Hull Points - same as above
- Speed of 20 (Torpedo has a higher speed than missile for balance.)

I can't fix the missile algorithm. All we can do is wait for the official patch.

I think higher speed is good.. Thats the main problem we have with missles because they dont retarget very fast.
