Checkout my other Wallpaper Engine workshop submissions here.

An animated wallpaper based on the Velvet Room in Persona 3.

I made this animated wallpaper during my free time to use with Wallpaper Engine since I can't find any similar ones on Steam Workshop at the time of posting.

Also, due to my limited knowledge in video editing software, I couldn't find a way to keep Igor's mouth shut. As such, he will keep on mumbling throughout the video.

Unfortunately, my video editing skills are very limited. Forcing Igor to shut his mouth is beyond my league.
