Charmy's thing is dishin' out first sting

As requested by my good friend RogerDatSoldier, The youngest member of the Chaotix, Charmy Bee has joined the zombie investigation! The rest of the team was too busy with the events of Knuckles' Chaotix, apparently.

His wings and legs are static (I couldn't get the latter to look good otherwise), and it reminds me of Sven Co-op and now I'm in the mood for playing that game.

This model was ripped by Random Talking Bush, and comes from Sonic Generations

The conflict comes from a file called "referenceCreator.pl"
It was necessary for making Charmy and Banjo, along with Simon Blackquill, Juniper Woods, Hawk, Peacock, Bowser, Ninten, Yuna, and Shadow, their correct sizes when making the world model but has no use within the game.
Or in other words, it's a completely useless file that holds no effect in the game. I'll remove it from my mods (sans Professor Layton and Shantae, who never had it to begin with, and Bowser, who had his removed already) since the only thing it does is cause an otherwise non-existant conflict.
