描述
EDIT: This mod is now part of the game, some sprite changes and the name is now Haemolacria! It will NOT be updated anymore.

Summer is almost here! And Isaac lives in the south (I assume, bible belt and all), so it's about to get HOT!

Luckily, he has a secret weapon to beat the heat - water balloons!

When picked up, your tears become water ballons, exploding into smaller tears when they collide with something!

I hope no bugs end up in a water balloon, but if they do, let me know!
