Team interface (small)

Tries to make the team overview a bit smaller, so that all 8 players are visible
made for 16:9, 1600x900 (Does aswell work with other resolutions and aspect ratios)

There are still some issues with placements being off 1-5 pixels.
I hope you can still enjoy it though.

You need to type hud_reloadscheme into console to make it work.

Removes:

• Own-Marine Icon
  
• Squad-Icon (Engineer, Medic, Officer, Heavy)
  
• Current loadout (Primary, Secondary)

Changes:

• Spacing between squadmates decreased
  
• Spacing between first squadmate and own marine decreased
  
• Moved special item to the old squad-icon place
  
• Reduced size of squadmate area (due to the removed squad-icon)
