-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-1x2 Level 1 high residential building
-211 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-11 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)

If you dont use any other mods, they will simply grow as high residential buildings. There is also a few mods, where you can grow consitent areas. If you interested in that, check out the building themes mod from Boformer.
