im refering to a particular amtrak passenger livery the piedmont one from north carolina blue with a star in the middle

and in regards to a reverse unit, just add a text file to
X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\446800\903234913\res\config\multiple_unit\usa\

Create new text document and paste text:
