Hi, tested your mod, and yes, it's good and it only effects Sparta, nice one.
I've got only one issue with it: It disturbes the x-turns per year mods, every single one of it, but I can't find any line in your mod defining the turn of years.
Do you have any idea?

I am pretty sure this only effectss Sparta :)

I only know the Total Cheat Mods from Taker up to now - they're bad because they affect factions which share buildings and units.
For Example if you play with Spartan Mod it also pushes other Greek factions and they just overrun everything.
Does your Mod do this too?
