描述
makes diplomatic penalties done to races only really stick for that race. people tend to have short memories, and will forget or stop being outraged at some atrocity pretty quick due to media saturation. if it has no political benefit governments sure arent going to care, unless they can benfit everyone fends for themself.

After more or less surviving nearly 7 years of updates this mod was finally killed off by the pop rework.

was this updated before? it doesnt give me a confirmation or anything. regardless i will be updating it just as soon as im finished reading through the changes to see how they would affect my mods
