描述
This mod only changes the players agent, no other stats or edits have been changed.

Less greedy agents and better tempered.
Makes them more negotiable,
better tempered and with a lower agency fee.


Less Greedy Agents
Agents have more patients
Negotiate More
Better deals like the AI gets
Players are all with one major agency now called "Player Managment Agency"


Recomened if you think football manager agents are to greedy and is not fair to the human player.

This mod has taken me a lot of hours to make if you would like to donate message me.

Hope everyone enjoys this and makes their Football Manager experiance better.

Made for the latest database version 17.3 and works on all older versions.

This mod does the exact opposite that it is supposed to do, every player has the agent "player management agency" who apparently has great respect for me but refuses to budge even the slightest on contract negotiations, im lucky if i can even reduce the requested wages by 2k its ridiculous, surely this cant be right

How about new regens? They will have regen agents or same Player Managment?

For the ask I saw. You need to start a new career with that mod check. It don't work on a career already starts.

Not sure about save game compatabilty, you can try to see if it works.
If the player agents are called "Player Management" then it works.
