@KingLeno Unfortunately yes. It's impossible to move an objects around the lot, so sometimes it creates problems.

I love so much your way to color your buildings and also the way you give them volume.
It's just few details, never overdetailing, always sober, but getting the point. I looooooove it !

I hate the way CS/Steam updates assets. I had to reposition theses slightly in my save game to re-align them with the props I had placed

@Deadman You are right. You can place it only once without RICO mod and it will act like usual Unique building.

but if unique building, only one will spawn right? but with not so unique buildings mod, it will act just like rico?
