Forty foot tank car, with skins for Sinclair Oil, the Hooker Chemical Company (heh), and UTLX. New model; not a reskin of the 1899 tank car.

Introduced: 1923. Withdrawn 1968 (Hooker Chemical) or 1975 (UTLX, Sinclair Oil).
Weight: 20 tons
Maximum Speed: 79 MPH
Maximum Capacity: (60/4) = 15
Cargos: Crude Oil, Oil, Fuel.

I am working on a mod that will overhaul all of the USA freight wagons, to create more options during gameplay. For that to work, I need additional models to fill in some gaps. I was wondering if I might have your permission to include this one as one of those new models, though with a few tweaks to its stats in order to fit my mod. Credit would be given to you, of course.

This mod is absolutely in my "Top 5 Favorites". If you ever expand your roadnames on these tankcars I might suggest SHPX, NATX, and some Oil / Gasoline / Chemical companies like Texaco (silver & black), Globe (silver & black), Dow Chemicals (black & yellow), Shell Chemicals (silver & black), etc. Again,.. GREAT WORK!
