M4A1 with A2 Handguard

描述
This is a "fixed" version of the M4A1 from the M4/M16 Conversion Pack by MrBrightside.

◾️ It utilises the A2 handguard and the RIS, no other handguard devices (so no detachable covers).

◾️ It has the original M4A1 collapsible stock because I preferred that one.

◾️ The magazine still has the ranger plate fitted.

◾️ It doesn't include the green vertical foregrip from the original mod.

◾️ The front sight will vanish, leaving the gas block behind, when optics are equipped.

◾️ Includes a high polygon world model but the A2 handguard will not swap to the RIS when attachments are added. I don't think there is a way around that, if there is please let me know.

If there are any issues please inform me and I'll fix them if I can. Enjoy!

The A2 handguard and ranger plate were made by Tigg, NWI made everything else.
I take no credit for their work, I just problem solved and compiled the mod.

Think you could keep the cover detaching upon adding an m203? i really dig that look.

Make it so the front sight post stays with the optics. Don't remove it.

@RightWing Actually, since the upper still had A1 iron sights, it was most likely a Colt M723

But you didn't notice how they had a CAR-15 stock and an A2 upper, so the M4A1 was probably a Colt 727 in CS:GO, just like the AK-47 is actually an AKM or the M4A4 a 10.5'' barrel mod instead of whatever an 'A4' is.

As a gun nut I really hate how CSGO popularized this. They made up a weapon that was supposedly better, yet kept the shitty handguard that had already been phased out.
