You need to use the Ploppable RICO Mod by AJ3D to function as intended. Otherwise it's unique building (level 4).

This is still broken, getting a null object error that won't go away. Went through all my assets and this was the culprit.

Getting the same error. Try to go to the RICO settings but unable to change them.

you should probably add that it requires After Dark if its a tourist building, thats most likely why it keeps giving them an error.

The error which is described below is caused by ANY building with the RICO setting of Tourism or Leisure.

You have to go into the RICO settings (in between error msgs) and change the setting to com hi or something else of your choice. Save the game, then quit and restart the save. The error will be gone - as long as this is the only building you have with this setting.
