Utopia Required.
Not Achievement Friendly.

Interesting time save. I'm agree with blub01 that Mastery of Nature is one of if not the most powerful 1st perk pick, mostly bc of the enegy+minerals which is king early game. The socety research boost is also a nice perk. I don't think this mod really makes the perk more powerful as I haven't had an issue finding dead time to clear the tile blockers, at least I'm willing to micro it... so really this mod just removes the micro for me. Nice :D

@worldsvamp it's actually a bit OP - it gives you tons of society research (because you don't need to spend it on blocker research) and energy credits and minerals because you don't need to spend those on blocker removal. it's usually the first one I grab.

@blub it he perk allows you to remove those for free. This just does that for you.
